i need well-paid tech gays to realize that if your place in the capitalist system is conditional on you playing nice and being respectable and disowning radicals and blending in with the other capitalism-enjoyers, then you actually don't have any place in the system at all and trying to find a place in it will only alienate and ultimately destroy you while not even giving you the satisfaction of pushing back on your own terms; moreover if you keep shitting down on your former comrades from your rung on the ladder, then don't be surprised if they're not there to catch you when you inevitably slip off
